We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to secure new enterprise health plan partnerships and take us to the next level of revenue growth in the USA. We work with several leading healthcare organizations in the United States and Asia-Pacific, and you will help more customers like these understand our unique value proposition and build long-lasting partnerships. As a results-oriented individual, this role will challenge you to do whatever it takes to start relationships and build our sales pipeline while knowing that every new customer will in turn help thousands of Americans achieve better health.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Helping customers to solve their problems with our solutions. The only way for Perx to succeed is for our customers to see long-term value from our programs.
  • Selling Enterprise solutions.  You will need to be comfortable with mid-market deals as well as large, complex enterprise deals with large enterprise customers.
  • Drive accounts through the Perx sales process from qualification through closed contracting
  • Developing health plan sales strategy including mapping of health plans, identification of key client prospects, and account penetration strategy
  • Working closely with VP of Sales and Marketing team members and Founders to build a world-class Sales organization
  • Promoting the company in the United States market in meetings, at conferences, and creative ways to build awareness.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Understand our customers and their industries, and how Perx can help solve their pain, increase their gain and drive value to their bottom-line
  • Be running meetings with prospects, working side-by-side with one of our Founders and Sales team to learn from their experience
  • Meet the entire company and learn the nuts and bolts of our business, and where we’re going

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Take charge of your own pipeline, working closely with outbound marketing team to close a range of opportunities
  • Hunt strategically important opportunities, with an agenda of work to build relationships, engender trust and win over key accounts
  • Work independently and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams like Product, Operations, and Customer Success

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Close your first deal and celebrate with the team!
  • Find ways to improve our sales process and share that knowledge across the team to help all your colleagues
  • Start feeding back your industry insights into our product and marketing team to help all our functions perform most effectively

About you

  • You have experience with large complex deals with senior executives and are ready to take responsibility for key decisions and day-to-day tactics
  • Experience working for or selling into the health plan space
  • Detailed understanding of the healthcare plan sales cycle and process, particularly government-sponsored plans
  • You are a multi-skilled sales professional. Supported by a strong outbound sales team you can prospect, hunt, and close deals as needed in order to hit your monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. And of course, you understand sales administration processes and have excellent interpersonal and formal communication skills.
  • You genuinely care about our mission to make the management of serious health conditions more engaging and rewarding for patients, more efficient for care teams, and more effective for healthcare system
